  • Zhou Huiqin

    Zhou Huiqin,chairman and president of Senwons Group.
    Zhou Huiqin, from Nanjing Jiangsu, now is the chairman and president of Senwons Group. She worked as sales manager and regional director of Jiangsu in Nanjing 21 Century Investment Group Co.,Ltd. from 2003 to 2005. And then she took up the position of marketing director of Hainan Taixiang(International) Travel Development Co., Ltd. From 2005 to 2006. Mr.s Zhou set up the companies, from 2006 to 2008,including Hainan Senhong Real Estate Marketing Co., Ltd, Hainan Kailisen Real Estate Marketing Planning Co., Ltd, Hainan Senjiaxin Real Estate Marketing Planning Co., Ltd, and took up the position of general manager to take charge of many project exclusively. Zhou Huiqin has been the actual controller of the group company since2012 till now, and is the chairman currently. She is focusing on expanding the territory of the group to the whole country. Based on the the concept of responsibility, blessing and thanksgiving, she constantly improves the self-construction, keeps close with business partner, and take “ create unlimited value”as group’s business objective.

  • Xie Hua

    Xie Hua, general manager of Engineer Management Center.
    Xie Hua, from E Zhou, Hubei, was born in 1982, and currently is the representative of Senwons group. Mr. Xie had taken up the position of the legal representative of companies, including Hainan Kailisen Real Estate Marketing Planing Co., Ltd, Hainan Senjiaxin Real Estate Marketing Planning Co., Ltd, and Hainan Zhengyang Real Estate Co., Ltd, and has participated in the real estate projects. Now Xie Hua is the general manager of Engineer Management Center since March,2018.

  • Li Fengxiang

    Li Fengxiang, general manager of Fengqing Zen Tea Culture Industry Co., Ltd.
    Li Fengxiang was born in 1973 from Heze, Shandong. He worked for Haikou Branch of Shenzhen Development Bank as director of office in 1996. After that, he took up the position of general manager of Zhujiang International Youth Service in Haikou in 2001. From 2008 to 2018, he set up Hainan Senjiaxin Real Estate Marketing Planning Co., Ltd and served as general manager. Since March,2018, Li Fengxiang takes up the position of general manager of Fengqing Zen Tea Culture Industry Co., Ltd.

  • Luo Cheng

    Luo Cheng, general manager of Hainan Zhengyang Real Estate Co., Ltd. And Hainan Sen HuaMao Industry Co., Ltd.
    Luo Cheng was born in 1984 in Hubei, E Zhou, currently takes up the position of deputy general manager of Senwons Group. Mr. Luo graduated in 2007 from the School of Hotel Management, University of Toulouse, France. Since that, he worked for Summit Hotel Subang USJ in Malaria. Mr. Luo came back to China in 2008 and was in charge of the department of water conservancy engineering equipment in Wuhan Beiling Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. In 2010, he became the only agent of VOITH in China and supplier of ship lock equipment for the Three Gorges Dam. Mr. Luo joined Senwons Group in 2012, in charge of engineer construction and hotel construction and operation. Now he takes up the position of deputy general manager currently in Senwons Group. Luo Cheng now is the general manager of Hainan Zhengyang Real Estate Co., Ltd, and Hainan Sen Hua Mao Industry Co., Ltd since March, 2018.
